We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
· Unworn and unwashed
· In its original condition, with all tags attached
· In its original packaging
——— HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN ———
Step 1 — Contact us at help.magnatto.co@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Step 2 — We will review your request and provide the correct return address and instructions within 48 hours.
Step 3 — Send the item back using a trackable shipping service.
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
——— DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS ———
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at help.magnatto.co@gmail.com with a photo of the item.
We will resolve the issue promptly — at no additional cost to you.
——— REFUNDS ———
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, contact us at help.magnatto.co@gmail.com.
