For returns due to change of mind or dissatisfaction, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges

If the customer wishes to exchange for another product or size, the procedure will follow the same conditions as the return.

The new item will be shipped once the returned product has been received and approved in our quality inspection.
