Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made at www.magnattos.com, operated by MAGNATTOS, LLC ("Magnattos", "we", "us"). We want you to be happy with every order. If something isn't right, contact us at help.magnatto.co@gmail.com and we will help.
14-day returns
You may return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us with your order number before sending anything back. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.
When a return is not due to our error, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered (including the wrong size), contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost. You do not need to send the item back.
Orders not received
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time in our Shipping Policy, contact us. If tracking confirms the package was lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
- Items without their original tags or packaging
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few more days for the credit to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error or where required by law.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by contacting us. After an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it can be returned under this policy.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
