If your issue is not resolved, we will cooperate with EU-certified ADR entities to the extent required by applicable law in your country of residence. Information on national ADR bodies and how to proceed is available via the EU consumer redress resources linked above.
Note for businesses formerly linking to the ODR platform: the ODR link requirement arose under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, now repealed alongside the ODR platform’s closure. Remove any legacy ODR links from your site and emails.
